Dear Volunteers,

Merry Christmas! And it has been a merry holiday season for Bizarre Bazaar.

The shop has looked lovely, the elves (aka wonderful volunteers) have been scurrying around refilling merchandise. Our customers have been enjoying themselves collecting armfuls of treasures.

An acquaintance of mine commented that every time she drives past the shop, she sees customers toting out bulging bags of goodies. What fun for all!

Bizarre Bazaar will be closed from December 24 and opens again on January 4, 2021. This will give our volunteers a well-needed rest and a chance to spend time with family.

  • We will do markdowns on December 28th.

  • On December 29th and 30th we will clear out the left-over Christmas décor and bring out all the goodies stashed in the back back room.
  • If you would like to exercise your creativity and help reset the floor, please contact Linda Zinn to sign up on the 28th or 30th.
We would like to introduce two new team leaders, Katy Holley and Kim Miller. We are thrilled to have them join our illustrious group of leaders and know you will enjoy volunteering with them. Check out their days and sign up!

And our shoppers got a nice surprise this past Wednesday when we marked down all Christmas décor and holiday clothing.

If you are cashiering, just take 50% off anything Christmas.

Holiday clothing, regardless of tag color has a red slash on the tag, so just take 50% off the full price.

December and January Volunteer calendars are available online now!

The year of 2020 has been a crazy and stressful year for all. More than ever, I think we can all look at 2021 as the perfect time to shake off the past year, stand tall and march into the new year with great anticipation for a calmer, healthier and happier time. Diane and I have missed those who could not volunteer, we are grateful for those who have given their precious time, and we look forward to a year where we can ALL be together again.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

In great appreciation for you and for all you do!
Diane and Cherie
