Dear Volunteers,
Christmas has once again arrived at Bizarre Bazaar. On Sunday, November 7th, fabulous elves showed up to transform our little shop into a Christmas wonderland. (And one must not forget to mention the smaller group of elves who toiled away the night before to prepare for the decorators!). The photo album of the decorating party is here.
The next morning, the shop opened at 10:30 a.m. and there were several people loitering outside, ready to rush the doors and grab the goods. The first hour we rang up what is sometimes a day’s total. Wow! Nice work, ladies, one and all, (and a couple of husbands too!) who made it all happen.
The following Friday, the After-Hours Party was a huge success with our volunteers, yummy food and drink, plus the added pleasure of Dave Hussy, guitarist, who provided a lovely ambience. Dave is Marilyn Haddad’s delightful husband. The photo album of the “Kickoff to Christmas" party is here.
Going forward, for the next couple of weeks we will need your help at Bizarre Bazaar more than ever. Our customers are coming in droves to snatch up beautiful Christmas décor (and Christmas clothes will be out after Thanksgiving).

Bizarre Bazaar will be closed on these days this month: Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th.

Thanksgiving is just a week away. Diane and I want you to know how thankful we are for all of you who share your time with us at Bizarre Bazaar. We are thankful every time one of you walks through the door.
