Bizarre Bazaar Corner

Greetings Dear BB Volunteers,

March sales totals are in and this is the best March for BB ever;  over $12,000 in sales. The Tour de Thrift really helped. Thank you to Panhandle Animal Shelter for organizing it each year. All the thrift shops did well that day. Yippee!

Gentle Reminders

1. Flushing the toilet - Please hold down the handle and count to 5, then release. That should solve the blockage problem.....

2. $2.00 rack.....If the racks are outside and we have a sudden storm, Sherry Fulton would like the racks rolled all the way back to the area beyond the stairs, by the bathroom. Things change but if it's possible let's try it. It will keep the entry to BB much nicer.

3. Price tags....This is a recurring reminder....Please attach price tags to the LEFT underarm or pants/skirt waist..always.

Team Leaders: Thank you for all the training you do during the year. We will have another major training session in September.

4. Price tags continued........write the size and price on the TOP part of the ticket, the bottom is used if the item goes on sale.

5. Dixie Stansell has big plans for our garden shop. Watch for the May 1st opening. She is requesting:

“Gently used garden items. Keep digging, check with family and friends, too, please. I could really use some terra cotta pots if anyone has some they don't want. It doesn't make any difference if they're clean or dirty. I have a plan for them!

Thanks for bringing any kind of garden item to Biz Baz. Put the items in my orange tub in the work room. It's much appreciated. Your contributions will make our Garden Shop just fantastic.
