Dear Cal Members,

Spring is just around the corner, ushering in new energy and happier days! In typical Community Assistance League form, we will be participating in brightening lives through our 2021 Community Grants cycle. Yes, we have money to give!

Undaunted by endless challenges facing Bizarre Bazaar this past year, cheerful and dedicated volunteers managed to keep the shop open with limited hours. Their efforts, along with donations and shoppers, not only covered expenses, but raised money supporting our mission of providing quality education and community outreach!  Please accept my sincere appreciation to all who contributed, THANK YOU.

The Grant cycle will begin March 1, and end March 31, 2021. Applications will be available throughout Bonner County at local libraries, Chambers of Commerce, Bizarre Bazaar and on our website calsandpoint.org. Bonner County includes Hope, Clark Fork, Priest Lake, Priest River, Old Town, Colburn, Cocolalla, and as far south as the north side of Bayview.

I am happy to announce the following members have agreed to dedicate their personal time to serve on the Grant committee:

Susan BlackCarroll Ensminger
Tina ReynoldsTonya Sherman

We have a couple more weeks to raise money for this season of grants and scholarships so please come by, donate and buy something! It’s how we make the money-go-round! 💰 Cash donations are always appreciated as well.
