Grants & Scholarships Corner

The Grants committee will be presenting the Awards at the next CAL meeting. Please try to attend the meeting - you will meet some extraordinary people with a passion for their projects. And you see how your "labors of love" at Bizarre Bazaar supports our community.

This year $79,000 was distributed to 44 grant recipients. How was that possible, you might ask? It was through the efforts of Brenda Brown, Patty Bowman, Carol Gollin, Marilyn Haddad, Betsy Walker, Pat Lewis, Cherie Warber, Marie Valentine, Kathleen Flaherty, Donna Hutter, Margareta Larson and Leslie Gadsby. The committee members poured over grant applications and were very prepared for their meeting. It was heartwarming to watch them work through the process.

Amazing! And of course Kudos to Shawna and Sherry for being the voice of experience and wisdom.
