Beautiful View From Schweitzer
❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️

Dear Members,

It’s the time of year when we, once again, make those pesky New Year’s resolutions. I, for one, am sticking to my two old standbys, which are to lose weight and play piano. I never seem to be successful at either of those so have been racking my brain for a resolution that I might actually fulfill. And, voila, I’ve come up with one that will be easy, fun and, best of all, will be for the good of my community. What’s not to like? My resolution is to add one shift per month at Bizarre Bazaar to my calendar! This is a big year for CAL; we are celebrating 40 years in Sandpoint, and what could be a better way to do so than to turn in an absolutely smashing, bang up year at Bizarre Bazaar? So, here is my challenge to you, ADD A SHIFT AT Bizarre Bazaar EVERY MONTH TO YOUR CALENDAR! If you never work, add one; if you work one, make it two; if you work two, make it three. You get my drift. If everyone were to add a shift, what a difference it would make! If you’re already working three shifts a week Yes, I worked with a volunteer yesterday who does just that, every week. I was humbled, and you’re off the hook.

Happy New Year to all, and
ADD A SHIFT

A huge thank you goes out to Julia Kern and her social committee for a lovely luncheon at Schweitzer. The room, the view, the lunch and the camaraderie were all perfect.

The photo album from the luncheon is here: Christmas Luncheon 2018

The January 16th meeting will be back in the Columbia Bank auditorium. We have AV, of sorts, and I look forward to seeing you at the first meeting of 2019.
