Dear Members,
Community Assistance League’s (CAL) June Meeting will be a Celebration of Giving event on Monday, June 20th at the University of Idaho Agricultural Center at 10881 North Boyer Road in Ponderay. The doors will be open at 9:00 a.m. with the celebration starting at 9:30 a.m.
For the past few years, CAL has condensed the awarding of Scholarships and Grants to CAL’s June meeting. More recently, the June meeting is a party celebrating the efforts of our members in raising the funds for annual Scholarships and Grants. This year the board is excited to have discovered the University of Idaho Agricultural Center in Sandpoint, as a beautiful and viable venue for such an event.
Please attend to celebrate CAL’s efforts, our scholarship recipients, and the community grants that are being awarded. For the first 20+ years, CAL efforts were for the most part was to provide service to the community. Once Bizarre Bazaar went to a full-time operation, the focus of CAL has been raising funds to help the efforts of local community groups/projects, as well as supporting local students with scholarships.
The June meeting is a celebration of who CAL is. See you there!
