PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Dear Members,

We are ending the year on a very positive note. The organization is strong and is doing very well financially, thanks to solid sales at Bizarre Bazaar. It is exciting to see our numbers grow, which means more dollars available next spring for our grants and scholarships. Yay!

Welcome to our newest Community Assistance League (CAL) members since November: Cheryl Kochevar and Latimer Frazier (returning). We are so excited to have these ladies join us.

I want to thank Sherry Fulton, Cherie Warber, Marnie Easly and Jan Harrison for coordinating and communicating our fabulous Senior Giving again this year. What a great way to give to those in need and to recognize those who might go unnoticed during the Holidays. Thanks to all of you who donated gifts for these wonderful seniors. See the contribution from Sherry Fulton about the project in the bulletin.

The Christmas luncheon at Western Pleasure Guest Ranch was unfortunately cancelled because of the storm and the electricity was out at the Ranch until late in the day. The great lodge is always decorated beautifully for the Holidays, but Linda Zinn and her committee are working on the luncheon in January.

Please consider how you can help support us in 2026. There are many opportunities to contribute your talents to our organization. If you are interested in leadership, please consider joining the our Board. We will have executive elections next spring and openings on a number of committees. Let me know your thoughts.

I wish all of you a very relaxed, warm, blessed and memorable Christmas and a very Happy New Year. I am excited about the year to come.

Thanks to all of you for helping us make CAL successful!

Regards,
Joyce Price
