GET READY FOR THE ANNUAL
FALL WINE, STEIN & DINE EVENT!

 


Hi Members,
 

We have about 30 spots left for the Wine, Stein and Dine dinner on the 23rd of October. Cocktail hour is a cash bar from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. and the "Sandpoint Sampler" with wine and beer, is from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The per person cost is $30 for drinkers, $28 for non-drinkers. The wine and beer served will be available for purchase. You can sign up at the upcoming general meeting or at Bizarre Bazaar until the cutoff date of October 16, 2019. Trinity will open at 5:00 p.m. for your arrival and the menu follows:  

- Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillet with Local Chanterelle Mushrooms and Tillamook Cheese, paired with Chateau Ste Michelle Mimi Chardonnay, Horse Heaven Hills, 2017 (Not sold in stores).

- Anderson Ranch Braised Lamb Chop with Local Blackberry demi-glace with local Micro Greens from Moose Meadow Farm, paired with Chateau Ste Michelle Mimi Cabernet Sauvignon, Horse Heaven Hills, 2017 (Not sold in stores).

- Apple Potato Croquettes with Local Apples and a Walla Walla Sweet Onion-Lemon-Pear Chutney, paired with Fresh Hop Pale Ale, Matchwood Brewery, Sandpoint
