Dear CAL members,

Frost on the pumpkin this morning. Time to dig out pumpkin seeds (for Tom), and ready our pumpkins for our neighborhood carving party this evening. All the little kids will be making jack o lanterns. When nightfall arrives we'll light them. Spooky.

Last night's Wine Tasting was a huge success. Thanks again to Trinity for a lovely event. The wine was paired perfectly with each plated hors d' oeuvre. Bridge Press Cellars is the 600th winery in Washington state. Wonderful food, delicious wine and the best of friends. Can't ask for more to make an evening magical.

Ticket sales for the Kinderhaven luncheon went well at Wednesday's meeting. As of yesterday, there are a few seats available for the CAL tables. General tickets go on sale November 2nd. Price is the same, $45.00.

We have a Festival tree committee. Thank you ladies who volunteered to help. Our theme this year is Reflections of The Season. Please bring in your decoration donations to BB; there are two labeled tub in the club house area for the donations.
