On January 18th, 2017, CAL has the pleasure of hosting the hilarious and entertaining actor Tim Behrens. Who is Tim Behrens? He is the funniest one man act that I have seen in a long time! Tim performs comedies written by our very own Sandpoint, Idaho local comedian and well respected author Patrick McManus. Tim captivates his audience with his humor and wit. You will be laughing so hard that you won't even know that an hour has passed. So please join us in listening to this amusing actor perform in "The Stories of Patrick McManus".
Tim Behrens comes from an acting family. His dad, Frank Behrens, was a well known radio and TV actor. Frank wrote material for several comedians, including Tony Randall and Don Knotts. Tim's mom was a working actress for 60 years! Her stage name was Amzie Strickland who appeared on everything from I Love Lucy to Andy Griffith to ER.
Tim avoided acting like the plague, but at age 32 he found himself on the stage for the first time, yes, acting! Tim is most well known for touring with his numerous McManus Comedies.
