Dear Volunteers,
I don’t know about you, but I wonder if a huge, collective ohm might make the cool, windy, drizzly weather go away and finally bring the nice warm sunny Spring days we are all eagerly awaiting. The few nice days have been just a tease and I think all the little Spring sprouts are getting tired of having to wear tiny parkas to stay alive. The wacky weather, however, did not deter the focused ladies who rushed in to sweep up the great garden goods in our annual Garden Center. Dixie Stansell, Judy Dabrowski and their team did such a wonderful job creating this year’s extravaganza and it was almost completely wiped out by the end of the week. Thank you to all who donated items and helped make the Garden Center a huge success. We need help, and yes, we are on our knees once again asking volunteers to sign up. Afternoons seem to be our weakest staffing time. Come in and see what is happening - you might just enjoy yourself and stay awhile. We are in particular need of those who like to iron or steam. |

We have had so many positive comments about how nice Bizarre Bazaar looks. One couple, from out of town, thought it was such a delightful little shop and they could not believe it was a “thrift store”! Well, WE know it is not a “thrift store”, but it is interesting to see the perception of others. Thank you so much to all of you who keep Bizarre Bazaar organized, clean and so much more than just a “thrift store”.
You can sign up on-line or if you have difficulty with that contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Robbie Gleason, at either 208-627-2983 or northidahogirl50@gmail.com. There is also a paper calendar near the pricing station at Bizarre Bazaar.
We so very much appreciate what you do for us!
