Hi Members,
I hope this beautiful day finds you outside doing what you love. I spent part of my day playing in the dirt. Little plants are starting to pop up their heads. With no April showers little flower faces were begging for a drink of water. I was glad to give them a shower.
Yesterday's Spring Luncheon was so much fun. Smiles, laughter, and hugs filled the room. A big thank you to Joyce Spiller, Maribeth Lynch, Patti Rechnitzer, Ginger McKenzie and Barbee Buchanan for turning Trinity into a spring time Wonderland. Before I knew, we had the tables decorated and ivy was climbing everywhere. Thank you to Karen Hanna for joining us and taking pictures. With all that hard work it was time to celebrate with a delicious cocktail. You can see the Spring Luncheon photos here.
Ladies started to arrive at 10:45 and the party began. Hugs to Justin and his staff, at Trinity, for making our event so lovely. I would also like to give a shout out to Nancy at All Seasons nursery, for donating all our fresh herbs and plants.
I am so happy to announce to our membership we are donating very nearly $1,000 to our local Senior Center. We will be gifting our donation at our May General meeting.
Spring has sprung!
