Hi Members,

The 2nd annual Galentine's Day/Goddess Night is scheduled on Tuesday, Feb. 13th at 5:30 p.m. at 41 South. 

Galentine's Day (a new-found holiday you can do an internet search) falls on February 13th, the other half of Valentine’s Day, when you celebrate your love for your lady friends - single or not! It is the perfect opportunity for us to celebrate CAL, our friendships and make new connections with other CAL ladies. Come as your favorite Goddess or come as you are! We just want to join together for a special evening of great food, drink and friendship!

We will be reserving space at the January 17th General Meeting. Cost will be $32 per person and will be a limited attendance event. The ticket cost covers the wonderful salad, dinner, dessert and gratuity at 41 South. Meal choices will be the following:

Garden or Caesar Salad

Grilled Tri Tip with a Bordelaise sauce, whipped potatoes and vegetable du jour

Grilled Chicken Breast with sun-dried tomato and basil cream sauce, rice pilaf and vegetable du jour

Atlantic Salmon with avocado hollandaise, rice pilaf and vegetable du jour

Hungarian Cabbage rolls stuffed with quinoa, rice, Portobello mushrooms and walnuts, served with a smoky paprika tomato sauce and vegetable du jour

Dessert will be a huckleberry cream cheese turnover served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle

We will be signing up CAL members initially, and if space allows, we will let you know about inviting guests.

A BIG THANK YOU TO THE SOCIAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS who made the Christmas Flannel and Flapjacks Brunch a success. We appreciate all the support and hope you enjoyed the day. We will be announcing our donation to the Food Bank at the January meeting!
